    摘要:

    针对静水压力试验装置进行水压试验时系统故障停机、操作繁琐、自动化水平低等缺点,设计了基于WinCC和PLC的静水压力试验台架电气控制系统。该系统以SIMATIC S7-300 CPU为核心控制器,采用S7-300 A站主机和B站待机结构,允许进行容错控制,实现S7-300软冗余,增加了系统的可用性。将2支传感器采样压力信号互为校验,保证了测量准确。将密封装置开关、辊道升降、移运装置前进与后退、注水、排水控制集成于监控台中,实现了集中控制。利用上位机WinCC软件设定试验步骤以及压力、保压时间参数,采用下位机PLC软件控制试压泵和电磁阀来实现系统自动加压、减压。该系统具有可用性强、可集中控制、自动化水平高等优点。

    Abstract:

    The electrical control system for hydrostatic pressure test bench based on WinCC and PLC was designed in view of the disadvantages of the system shutdown, cumbersome operation and low automation level during hydrostatic pressure test.In this system, SIMATIC S7-300 CPU was used as the core controller, S7-300 A station host and B station stand by structure was adopted, and the faulttolerant control was allowed to achieve S7-300 soft redundancy and increase the availability of the system. Sampling pressure signals of the two sensors were checked with each other to ensure the accuracy of measurement. The switch of sealing device, lifting of roller table, forward and backward of transport device, water injection and drainage control were integrated into the monitoring platform to achieve centralized control.The upper computer WinCC software was used to set the test steps, pressure and holding time parameters, and the lower computer PLC software was used to control the pressure test pump and solenoid valve to realize the automatic pressure and decompression of the system.The system has the advantages of strong availability, centralized control and high level of automation.
