    摘要:

    六面顶压机的压力控制精度影响人工合成金刚石的品质。在生产工艺的补压阶段,为了减小三相异步电机频繁启停引起的压力波动,设计一种基于永磁同步电机的泵控压机补压系统。设计了采用矢量控制的电机驱动器,并根据所建立的液压系统数学模型,在Simulink环境下进行仿真。仿真结果表明:该系统能够达到工艺要求的补压精度,实现电机在低速时对系统持续补压,有效提升压力控制系统的可靠性,降低企业的生产和维护成本。

    Abstract:

    Pressure control accuracy of hexahedral press affects the quality of synthetic diamond. In order to reduce the pressure fluctuation caused by frequent starting and stopping of threephase asynchronous motors, a pump control pressure compensation system press based on a permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) was designed. The motor driver with vector control was designed, and according to the established mathematical model of the hydraulic system, the designed system was simulated under Simulink environment. The simulation results show that using the system, the pressure compensation precision requirement can be reached, the continuous pressure compensation of the motor at low speed is realized, and the reliability of the pressure control system is effectively improved, production and maintenance costs can be reduced
