Abstract:According to the testing requirements of hydraulic components,a hydraulic measurement and control system based on the virtual instrument was researched and built.At first,the whole structure of the hydraulic comprehensive test bench was introduced. The hardware and software of the system were developed. The combination of LabVIEW and PLC was adopted to collect and control related parameters. Based on the characteristics of related parameters, hardware module in the system was chosen. The LabVIEW software was used to develop the detection and control system.It has the advantages of high performance, high scalability, high cost performance, short development time, seamless integration and high system opening.
