    摘要:

    针对当前液压元件的测试要求,研发一套基于虚拟仪器的液压测控系统。介绍液压试验台的整体结构,在此基础之上开发检测系统的硬件和软件部分。测控系统基于LabVIEW与PLC通信的形式进行相关参数的采集与控制,并通过分析相关参数的特性对系统硬件模块进行选型。采用LabVIEW开发该试验系统的测控系统,实现数据的采集处理功能。该测试系统采用基于虚拟仪器的计算机检测与控制技术,具有性能高、可扩张性、性价比高、无缝集成、系统开放性强的优点。

    Abstract:

    According to the testing requirements of hydraulic components,a hydraulic measurement and control system based on the virtual instrument was researched and built.At first,the whole structure of the hydraulic comprehensive test bench was introduced. The hardware and software of the system were developed. The combination of LabVIEW and PLC was adopted to collect and control related parameters. Based on the characteristics of related parameters, hardware module in the system was chosen. The LabVIEW software was used to develop the detection and control system.It has the advantages of high performance, high scalability, high cost performance, short development time, seamless integration and high system opening.
