    为提高压电泵的输出性能,设计2种结构形式的三腔并联有阀压电泵。选用伞形被动截止阀作为压电泵阀体,分别设计 “一字型”和“层叠型”结构压电泵,其中“层叠型”结构压电泵的体积为“一字型”结构的0.85倍。选用水和空气为介质,对2种结构的压电泵进行输出性能试验。结果表明:驱动压电振子的正弦交流电信号相位差对三腔并联泵的输出性能影响很大,选用合理的驱动方式会提高泵的输出性能;在相同条件下,“一字型”结构三腔并联压电泵的输出性能略好于“层叠型”,在80 V正弦交流电驱动下,该压电泵工作频率小于400 Hz,最大输出气体流量可达1 236 mL/min,最大输出液体流量可达714 mL/min。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the output performance of piezoelectric pump, two types of threechamber parallel piezoelectric pump with valves were designed. Umbrellashaped passive check valves were used in the piezoelectric pumps. The structures of the piezoelectric pump were designed by linear type and stacking type respectively, and the piezoelectric pump volume of the stacking type pump was 0.85 times that of the linear type. Water and air were selected as the medium, the output performance experiments of the two types piezoelectric pumps were carried out respectively. The experimental results show that the phase difference of sinusoidal AC signal used to driving the piezoelectric vibrators has a great influence on the output performance of the threechamber parallel pump, and the output performance of the pump can be improved by choosing a reasonable driving mode. Under the same conditions, the output performance of the linear type threechamber parallel piezoelectric pump is slightly better than that of the stacking type. Under the driving of 80 V sinusoidal alternating current, the operating frequency of the linear type threechamber parallel piezoelectric pump is less than 400 Hz, the maximum output gas flowrate can reach 1 236 mL/min, and the output liquid flowrate can reach 714 mL/min.
