    摘要:

    在长期的使用过程中,滚动轴承的使用性能会发生不同程度的退化,如果能对工作中滚动轴承的退化程度定量评估,则可以避免事故的发生。使用自回归模型对滚动轴承全寿命周期的振动信号进行滤波,计算滤波后剩余分量能量与滤波后信号能量的比值,即AR能量比,以此作为特征向量。采用min-max标准化方法处理得到的特征向量,输入到建立好的模糊C均值(FCM)模型中,得到性能退化指标DI值,并描绘出性能退化曲线。对信号进行包络谱分析,验证评估结果的正确性。

    Abstract:

    In the process of longterm use, the performance of rolling bearings will degrade to different degrees. If the degradation degree of rolling bearings in work can be quantitatively evaluated, accidents can be avoided.The autoregressive (AR) model was used to filter the vibration signal of the rolling bearing in its whole life cycle.The ratio of residual component energy and signal energy after filtering were calculated,namely AR energy ratio, which was used as a feature vector.The feature vectors were processed by using the standardized min-max normalization method, then they were input to the fuzzy Cmeans (FCM) model. The performance degradation index was obtained and the performance degradation curve was depicted.The envelope spectrum analysis of the signal was carried out, and the correctness of the evaluation results was verified.
