    摘要:

    根据零件的加工工艺和生产节拍等要求,设计了一条智能制造生产线,主要包括3台数控加工中心、ABB工业机器人、工业机器人第七轴、上下料输送线、打磨工位等。工业机器人应用于机加工的上下料和打磨;详细阐述了生产线的结构设计、第七轴的搭建及工作流程、工业机器人的工作流程、PROFINET总线的应用以及控制系统的设计。实践表明:生产线使用总线极大简化了设计难度 ,实现了全自动化加工,并满足生产节拍及质量要求,提高了经济效益

    Abstract:

    According to the requirements of parts processing technology and production cycle, an intelligent manufacturing production line was designed, which mainly included three CNC machining centers, ABB industrial robot, the seventh axis of industrial robot, loading and unloading conveying line and grinding station. Industrial robot was used for loading, unloading and grinding machining; the structure design of the production line, the construction and working process of the seventh axis, the working process of the industrial robot, the application of PROFINET bus and the design of the control system were described in detail. The practice shows that the usage of the bus decreases the design difficulty of the production line greatly, full automation processing is realized, and the production cycle and quality requirements are met. It improves the economic benefits
