Abstract:Grinding active measuring instrument has been widely used in grinding process,which improves the efficiency and automation level of grinding process.Aiming at the problems of digital tube display,nonintuitive interface,single function,low precision and high cost of active measuring instrument,an embedded grinding active measuring instrument based on STM32 was proposed.The hardware system based on STM32 main control chip and signal circuit was established,the modular design method was used to develop the software control system,and the design of manmachine interface was realized.By using the data processing techniques such as digital filtering,intermittent surface difference correction method and size prediction model,the measurement and control functions of the grinding active measuring instrument were completed.The feasibility of the active measuring instrument was verified by the actual grinding experiment.This embedded grinding active measuring instrument has positive effect on improving the degree of grinding automation
