Abstract:In traditional hydraulic loaders, single spool multiway valves are often used to control the operation of the actuator, which have the disadvantages of simultaneous throttling and large throttling losses at the meterin and meterout. Especially for the rocker hydraulic cylinders of the loader, the external load changes frequently and the operating conditions are complicated, so the traditional multiway valve control effect is not ideal. Aimed at the above problems, a separate meterin and meterout control strategy for loader rocker arm hydraulic system was proposed. The mechanicalhydraulic cosimulation model of the original loader was established by using SimulationX software, and the accuracy of the established loading model was verified by experiments. Based on the original model, a hydraulic system of the loader rocker arm with separate meterin and meterout controlled was constructed, and the improved rocker arm hydraulic system was simulated. The results show that the new control system has more advantages in terms of energy utilization and efficiency.
