    摘要:

    介绍了介质恒压堵塞型油液污染度自动检测仪的内部机械结构组成和油液污染度检测的具体流程。利用FLUENT流体分析软件对油液污染度检测仪的取样缸接头和滤膜之间的管路系统、测试缸接口处的压力进行仿真,并对得到的结果进行分析。结果表明:该油路系统中的压力损失较小,在合理的范围内,对油液污染度检测影响较小,证明了设计的合理性。

    Abstract:

    The internal mechanical structure composition of the medium constant pressure plugging type automatic oil pollution detector and the specific process of oil pollution detection were introduced. The FLUENT fluid analysis software was used to simulate the pressure of the pipeline system between the sampling cylinder joint and the filter of the oil pollution detector and the test cylinder interface, and the results were analyzed. The results show that the pressure loss in the oil circuit system is small, which is within a reasonable range, so the influence on the oil pollution degree detection is small, the design reasonableness has been proved.
