    摘要:

    针对白车身外覆盖件抗凹性能及局部刚度检测困难的问题,参考标准要求,在实车约束状态下,设计一种可多自由度移动的试验装置,其加载端满足车身各位置点的加载要求,提供了各部分机械结构设计方案,解决车身各点加载与检测难题。

    Abstract:

    In view of the detection difficulty problem of the concave resistance of the outer covering parts and the local stiffness of the white body,referring to the standard requirements,under the constraint of the real vehicle,a test device which could move with multiple degrees of freedom was designed.Its loading end met the loading requirements of each position of the vehicle body.The mechanical structure design scheme of each part was provided,and the loading and detection problems of each point of the vehicle body was solved.
