    摘要:

    大多数产品的外形都是不规则复杂曲面,智能涂胶设备要综合考虑胶接对象的多样性和复杂性。为了实现涂胶轨迹在各转角处保持尺寸一致,研制了面向自由曲面的精准涂胶系统,详细描述了系统的原理、软硬件及控制系统设计等。该系统通过工件模型建立准确涂胶轨迹,使用胶线质量模型计算胶线尺寸,使用超高速轮廓测量仪测量胶线尺寸并进行反馈微调。通过汽车扰流板涂胶试验,验证了该设备能满足曲面工件的精准涂胶要求。研究结果为涂胶机器人智能精准涂胶提供了科学依据、方法及创新技术。

    Abstract:

    The shape of most products is irregular and complex surface. The diversity and complexity of bonding objects should be considered in the intelligent coating equipment.In order to achieve the same size of glue application track at each corner, a precise glue application system for freeform surface was developed. The principle of the system, the design of software, hardware and control system were described in detail.Through the workpiece model, the accurate gluing track was set up, the glue line quality model was used to calculate the glue line size, the ultrahigh speed contour measuring instrument was used to measure the glue line size and carried on the feedback fine adjustment. It is verified that the equipment can meet the requirements of precise coating of curved parts through the coating test of automobile spoiler.The research results provide a scientific basis, method and innovative technology for the intelligent and accurate gelatinization robot.
