    简要介绍了以壳聚糖为基材的生物打印机整体结构,对该打印机的打印喷头进行结构设计。针对喷嘴内部壳聚糖溶液的流动特性,对4种常用喷嘴内的流道进行有限元仿真,选出一种具有最优内部结构的喷嘴。分析最优内部结构喷嘴,根据分析结果对最优内部结构喷嘴进行结构优化。对优化后的最优喷嘴进行有限元仿真。结果表明:优化后,减小了喷嘴内部的最大压力。该研究为改进基于壳聚糖的生物打印机的成型工艺提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    The overall structure of the biological printer based on chitosan was briefly introduced, and the structure design of the printer nozzle was carried out. According to the flow characteristics of chitosan solution in the nozzle, finite element simulation of flow channels in four common nozzles was carried out, and one nozzle with the optimal internal structure was selected. The nozzle with the optimal internal structure was analyzed, and the structure of the nozzle with the optimal internal structure was optimized according to the analysis results. The optimized nozzle was simulated by using finite element method. The results show that the maximum pressure inside the nozzle is reduced after optimization. This study provides reference for improving the molding process of the biological printer based on chitosan.
