In the structural strength test,the hydraulic loading method is often used.When there is a large displacement of the hydraulic actuator cylinder during the loading process,it often causes the load overshoot.The causes of load overshoot are analyzed,the principle of various advanced PID algorithm is introduced,and the simulation contrast is analyzed.The advanced PID algorithm is adopted,and the hydraulic loading control system is designed based on the combination of various advanced PID algorithm.Experimental verification is conducted.The results show that the control method combined with integral separation PID algorithm can effectively solve the problem of overshoot of hydraulic loading system,meet the loading requirements of structural strength test,and effectively restrain the load incongruity caused by load overshoot,so as to prevent the instability of test piece in the strength test.
