    摘要:

    基于华中8型数控系统,通过G代码宏程序及二次开发手段实现典型几何特征零件的在线测量。规划在线测量系统的架构,搭建数控机床在线测量系统的软件和硬件结构;实现测量系统与数控系统的连接;采用基于STM32的开关量高速数据采集I/O模块,得到精确的测头触发时刻坐标轴的位置;针对在线测量系统的误差,对重复精度进行实验分析,找出在x、y和z方向上进行测量时保证测量精度和效率的最优的测量速度;对测量路径进行规划并开发相关宏程序;实现基本的位置测量功能、刀具偏置的补偿和工件坐标系的自动修正。研究结论为复杂零件的测量以及在此基础上能够更高精度更高效率地在线测量奠定了基础。

    Abstract:

    Based on the HNC-8 system, the online measurement for typical geometrycharacterized parts was realized by using G code macroprogram and secondary development method.The framework of the online measurement system was planned, the software and hardware structure of the online measuring system of numerical control machine tool were built.The connection between the measurement system and numerical control system was realized.The high speed data acquisition I/O module based on STM 32 was used to get the precise position of coordinate axis at the trigger time of the probe.Aimed at the error of the online measurement system, the repeated accuracy was analyzed through experiments. An optimal measurement speed was found out which ensured the measurement accuracy and efficiency when measuring in x, y and z directions. The measurement path was planned and the related macro-program was developed.The basic function of position measurement, cutter offset compensation and the automatic correction for the workpiece coordinate system were achieved. It lays a foundation for the measurement of complex parts and on-line measurement with higher precision and efficiency.
