    摘要:

    挖掘阻力计算的准确性是液压挖掘机仿真研究的基础,传统挖掘力模型未考虑阻力矩的存在。以某国产36.5T液压挖掘机为研究对象,通过试验测试,确定极限挖掘力所需阻力系数合理取值区间。以实测挖掘阻力和实测应力同步性为基础,选取组合挖掘轨迹上5个最大挖掘力点的对应姿态。通过仿真研究,对比极限挖掘力和传统挖掘力模型下5个挖掘姿态的应力和位移,并与实测最大应力值对比,验证了极限挖掘力模型具有更高的安全性和可靠性。

    Abstract:

    The accuracy of digging resistance calculation is the basis of excavator simulation research. The traditional digging force model does not consider the existence of resistance moment. Taking a domestic 365T hydraulic excavator as the research object, the range of resistance coefficient needed for the extreme digging force was determined through experimental test. Based on the measured digging resistance and the measured stress, the corresponding poses of the five largest digging force points on the synthesis digging trajectory were selected. Through simulation study, the extreme digging force and the traditional digging force model were used respectively to compare the stress and displacement of the five digging poses and compared with the measured maximum stress value. It is verified that the extreme digging force model has higher safety and reliability.
