    摘要:

    针对生产线前期规划设计阶段技术经验依赖性强、设备联调耗时长等问题,以刹车盘柔性制造生产线为研究对象,综合利用三维建模仿真、面向对象程序设计和物流仿真等技术,依据刹车盘机械加工工艺特点和生产线控制流程,建立具有生产线制造过程仿真、工艺流程优化、机器人轨迹规划和碰撞检测等功能的刹车盘柔性制造生产线仿真模型。分析生产线的产量、单个工件生产耗时、设备利用率等,并对比分析不同方式优化后的数据。结果表明:基于ECRS原则的生产线工艺路线优化对生产线的产能有一定提升;基于精益生产的生产线平衡优化能大幅提升产能以及显著减少单个工件生产耗时。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of strong dependence on technical experience in the early planning and design stage of the production line and long time-consuming for equipment joint adjustment, the brake disc flexible manufacturing production line was taken as the research object, the 3D modeling simulation, object-oriented programming and logistics simulation technology were comprehensively utilized, according to the manufacturing process characteristics of brake disc and production line control process, a simulation model of brake disc flexible manufacturing production line was established with the functions of manufacturing process simulation, process flow optimization, robot trajectory planning and collision detection. The output of the production line, the production time of a single workpiece, and the utilization rate of equipment were analyzed, and the data optimized by using different methods were compared and analyzed. The results show that the optimization of the production line process route based on ECRS principle has a certain increase in the capacity of the production line;the optimization of the production line balance based on lean production can greatly increase the production capacity and significantly reduce the production time of a single workpiece.
