Abstract:Aiming at the problems of strong dependence on technical experience in the early planning and design stage of the production line and long time-consuming for equipment joint adjustment, the brake disc flexible manufacturing production line was taken as the research object, the 3D modeling simulation, object-oriented programming and logistics simulation technology were comprehensively utilized, according to the manufacturing process characteristics of brake disc and production line control process, a simulation model of brake disc flexible manufacturing production line was established with the functions of manufacturing process simulation, process flow optimization, robot trajectory planning and collision detection. The output of the production line, the production time of a single workpiece, and the utilization rate of equipment were analyzed, and the data optimized by using different methods were compared and analyzed. The results show that the optimization of the production line process route based on ECRS principle has a certain increase in the capacity of the production line;the optimization of the production line balance based on lean production can greatly increase the production capacity and significantly reduce the production time of a single workpiece.
