    摘要:

    为提高橡胶挤出机料筒温度控制系统输出响应的动态与稳态性能,并在干扰作用下使系统输出稳定在目标值,采用智能算法结合PID控制原理,设计一种Smith预估算法结合模糊控制算法与PID控制的控制器,用于橡胶挤出机料筒温度控制。利用MATLAB软件建立控制器仿真模型,与增量式PID和模糊PID控制器的控制效果进行对比。结果表明:在干扰作用下,Smith-模糊PID控制使得料筒温度控制系统输出稳定在目标值;采用Smith-模糊PID控制器的料筒温度控制系统鲁棒性强,将该控制器应用于橡胶挤出机料筒温度控制,可以在一定程度上提升挤出半成品质量和挤出机械的智能化水平。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the dynamic and steady-state performance of the output response of the barrel temperature control system of the rubber extruder, and stabilize the output of the system at the target value under the effect of interference, an intelligent algorithm combined with the principle of PID control was used to design a controller which combined Smith predictive algorithm with fuzzy control algorithm and PID control to control the temperature of the rubber extruder barrel. The controller simulation model was established by using MATLAB software, and the control effect was compared with those of the incremental PID and fuzzy PID controller. The results show that under the action of interference, Smith-fuzzy PID control makes the output of the barrel temperature control system stable at the target value; the barrel temperature control system using Smith-fuzzy PID controller has strong robustness, and applying the controller to the barrel temperature control of rubber extruder can improve the quality of semi-finished products and the intelligent level of extrusion mechanization to a certain extent.
