    摘要:

    电液数字控制技术已经逐渐成为实现电液一体化的重要发展方向,开发新型的数字式流量阀、数字式压力阀以及数字式方向阀尤为重要。目前市场上的数字阀,多为数字单元驱动的单级阀,其流通能力有限,难以满足大部分的作业要求。提出一种新型双级方向阀的机械结构,利用其结构上的机械反馈,通过液压油压力的作用,使得数字阀主阀芯可以跟踪先导阀阀芯位移而运动。其先导阀由常用的数字元件步进电机进行驱动,从而达到对整个双级方向阀数字控制的目的。通过相关的仿真分析,验证了这一结构的可行性和有效性,为类似产品结构设计提供参考。

    Abstract:

    The electro-hydraulic digital control technology has gradually become an important development direction to realize electro-hydraulic integration, the development of new digital flow valves, digital pressure valves and digital direction valves is particularly important. At present, most of the digital valves on the market are single-stage valves driven by digital units. But the flow capacity of them is limited, and it is difficult to meet most requirements. A new mechanical structure of double direction valve was put forward, which used the mechanical feedback principle, making digital valve main valve core could follow the guide valve core displacement and movement through the role of the hydraulic oil pressure. The pilot valve was driven by the common digital component stepper motor so as to achieve the digital control of the whole two-stage directional valve.The feasibility and effectiveness of this structure were verified through relevant simulation analysis.It provides reference for the development of similar product structure design.
