The automatic lifting hydraulic control technology of cement concrete leveling machine is very important for reducing the error of manual operation and improving the accuracy and quality of the leveling operation.In order to facilitate further related research,the automatic lifting hydraulic control system simulation was carried out.ADAMS software was used to establish and simulate the screed and laser receiver system model of the screed machine,and it was demonstrated that the dynamic model could be use to well realize the automatic lifting function of the laser receiver and screed.Then AMESim software was use to perform simulation for the screed and laser receiver system model.The simulation results show that the automatic lifting function of the laser receiver and the automatic lifting function of the vibrating screed are realized by the input of the angular displacement sensor and the displacement sensor,the data conversion and the control of the electromagnetic reversing valve.It provides reference for the cement concrete pavement evenness optimization and dynamic characteristics study of the leveler.
