    摘要:

    在综合传动装置的各部件中,液压换挡缓冲系统对换挡品质控制起着关键作用。换挡冲击、换挡失灵、传动效率下降、发热严重等典型故障与液压换挡缓冲系统有着直接的关联。在分析液压换挡缓冲系统结构原理及其数学模型的基础上,利用AEMSim仿真软件建立该系统的仿真模型,并通过实车实验数据对该模型进行验证。对换挡缓冲阀芯卡滞、阻尼孔堵塞、缓冲弹簧老化等典型故障的机制及其对换挡压力特性的影响进行仿真分析,得出不同故障机制与故障特征的定量关系。仿真结果为开展综合传动装置等复杂机液系统的故障智能诊断与识别提供了数据支撑。

    Abstract:

    Among the various parts of the integrated gear box,the hydraulic gear shift buffering system plays the key role in the quality control of the gear shifting.Typical faults such as hock,failure,transmission efficiency decrease and abnormal temperature raise are directly correlated with the hydraulic gear shift buffering system.Based on the analysis of its construction,working principle and mathematical model,AEMSim simulation software was used to establish the simulation model of the system,and the model was verified by real vehicle test data.The typical faults mechanism such as valve spool stuck,throttle block and spring fatigue and theirs influence on the pressure characteristics of the gear shift and their influence on the shift pressure characteristics were simulated and analyzed,and the quantitative relationship between different fault mechanisms and fault characteristics was obtained.The simulation results can be used as the data support for intelligent fault diagnosis and identification of the complex mechanical-hydraulic systems such as integrated gear box.
