    摘要:

    餐厨垃圾是湿垃圾的重要组成,因含水量和含油量高等特点而不能直接进行焚烧处理,只能以生物处理等方式将它资源化利用。为能够有效去除餐厨垃圾中的杂质、水分和有机质,垃圾处理厂利用大型液压压榨机,以超高压力对餐厨垃圾进行压缩。考虑到餐厨垃圾处理易发出恶臭气味同时伴有对人体有害的微生物,介绍一种能够无线远程控制的垃圾压榨机液压系统。将远程模块与PLC相连接即可将现场设备数据输出至互联网云平台,而在客户端可通过上位机软件读取云平台中的数据,实现对现场垃圾压榨机液压系统的监控。通过该方式,能够减少现场人员维修和故障排除时间,提升垃圾压榨机的工作效率。

    Abstract:

    Kitchen waste is an important part of wet waste,because of its high water and oil content, it is not suitable for incineration treatment and can only be recycled by using biotechnology. In order to remove impurities, water and organic matter, rubbish factory use large hydraulic squeezer to press the kitchen waste by using high pressure. Considering the kitchen waste will distribute smell and have microbes which are harmful for human, a hydraulic system of squeezer for kitchen waste which could be wireless controlled by the internet was introduced. By connecting the remote module with PLC, the data of field device could be uploaded to the internet cloud platform and the data could be read at the client side through the upper computer software to realize remote monitor for the hydraulic system of the on-site waste squeezer. In this way, the maintenance and troubleshooting time of on-site personnel can be reduced, and the working efficiency of waste squeezer can be improved.
