    摘要:

    针对轴向柱塞泵旋转组件,建立一类含有横向呼吸裂纹的单盘悬臂柔性转子有限元模型。采用数值积分方法进行仿真,得到转子系统的时间历程、轴心轨迹和频谱图等振动响应,分析裂纹深度、裂纹位置对转子振动特性的影响规律。结果表明:当横向裂纹位于轴承2时,随着裂纹深度的增加,转子二倍频及三倍频幅值随之增大,并且转子转速在1/2和1/3临界转速附近时,轴心轨迹具有内凹的变化趋势;当裂纹位于刚性圆盘附近时,对转子轴心轨迹、频率幅值等影响较小,并且轴心轨迹具有外凸的变化特点。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the rotating assembly of axial piston pump,a finite element model of single disk cantilever flexible rotor with transverse breathing crack was established.The numerical integration method was used to simulate,the time history,axis trajectory and frequency spectrum of the rotor system were obtained,and the effects of crack depth and crack position on the vibration characteristics of the rotor were analyzed.The results show that when the transverse crack is located at bearing No2,the amplitudes of the second harmonic generation and the third harmonic generation of the rotor increase with the increase of the crack depth,and the axis trajectory tends to move inward when the rotor speed is near the critical speed of 1/2 and 1/3;when the crack is near the rigid disk,it has less influence on the rotor axis trajectory,frequency amplitude,and the axis trajectory has the characteristic of moving outward.
