      为探究不同曲率型面加工中温度场和力场的差异性,利用Deform平台建立曲率 k 分别为-0.05、0、0.05、0.33 mm-1 的铣削数值模型。设计单因素控制方案完成仿真试验,分析各曲率型面铣削刀具-工件温度场和刀具受力数据的变化规律。观察相同加工参数组在不同曲率模型下刀具轴向力Fz的近似性规律。结果表明:不同曲率数值模型的温度场和力场数据差异小,同工艺参数下具有近似性,且宜选用曲率k=0的数值模型获取叶片变形载荷数据。

      In order to explore the difference of temperature field and force field in different curvature profile milling, the milling numerical models with curvature k of -0.05, 0, 0.05 and 0.33 mm-1 were established by using Deform platform. The single factor control scheme was designed to complete the simulation experiment, and the variation rules of temperature field and force data of milling cutter-workpiece for each curvature profile were analyzed. The approximate laws of tool axial force Fz under different curvature models with the same machining parameters were observed. The results show that the temperature field and force field data obtained by different curvature numerical models have little difference and have approximate under the same process parameters, and the numerical model with curvature k=0 should be selected to obtain the blade deformation load data.
