    摘要:

    提出一种基于SCADA数据协整分析的风电机组状态监测方法。利用风力发电机SCADA数据的协整过程得到的协整残差用于风力发电机运行状态监测。取内蒙古包头市金杰公司某1.5 MW双馈风力发电机在不同环境和运行条件下的实验数据,对所提方法有效性进行验证。对风力发电机的多个过程参数进行了两阶段的协整处理,数据趋势具有非线性特征。用已知故障案例对该方法进行了测试。结果表明:该方法能有效地对风力发电机运行状态进行监测。

    Abstract:

    A wind turbine condition monitoring method was proposed based on SCADA data co-integration analysis. The co-integration residual obtained by the co-integration process of the SCADA data of the wind turbine was used for monitoring the operation state of the wind turbine. Taking the experimental data of a 1.5 MW doubly-fed wind generator under different environments and operating conditions from Jinjie Company in Baotou City, Inner Mongolia, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified. A two-stage co-integration process was performed on multiple process parameters of the wind turbine, and the data trend had non-linear characteristics. The method was tested with known failure cases. The results show that this method can effectively monitor the running status of wind turbines.
