      针对超磁致伸缩驱动器在特殊工作情况下位移量过小的问题,设计一种杠杆结构的柔性铰链式超磁致伸缩微位移放大机构。通过理论计算与有限元分析相结合,验证该设计的合理性,并搭建实验平台测试超磁致伸缩驱动器驱动下放大机构的输出特性。结果表明:所设计的柔性铰链式放大机构放大比为5.32,等效刚度为1.29 N/μm,负载能力强,位移损失量较小,输出效率较高。
英文摘要:
      Aiming at the shortcoming that the GMA has too small displacement under special working conditions, a lever-type flexible hinge micro-displacement amplifying mechanism was designed. Through the combination of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis, the correctness of the design was verified, and the test platform was set up to test the output performance of the amplification mechanism driven by the giant magnetostrictive actuator. The results show that the designed flexible hinge-type amplification mechanism displacement amplification ratio can reach 5.32, the equivalent stiffness is 1.29 N/μm, and the mechanism has strong load capacity, small displacement loss and high output efficiency.
