    摘要:

    针对新型少稀土非对称混合永磁同步电机,考虑到不同运行工况下电机实际电磁性能受驱动器以及控制策略的影响,引入场路耦合方法。基于ANSYS Maxwell、Simplorer平台建立了完整的电机本体及驱动控制系统模型,分析计算了全速域内电机的电磁特性及驱动性能,并与MATLAB-Simulink驱动控制仿真结果进行了对比。结果表明因电机电磁特性和驱动控制信息的实时传递,采用场路耦合仿真分析方法的计算结果具有更高的准确性和可信度,为后续该类新型少稀土非对称混合永磁同步电机的进一步系统级优化设计提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    For the new type of less-rare-earth hybrid-magnet motor, considering the actual electromagnetic characteristics of the motor is affected by the drive circuit and control strategy under different operating conditions,the method of field-circuit coupling was introduced. The complete motor and driving control system model was established based on ANSYS Maxwell and Simplorer platform.The electromagnetic characteristics and driving performance of the motor were analyzed and compared with the simulation results of MATLAB-Simulink. The research shows that due to the real-time information exchange between the electromagnetic characteristics of the motor and driving control circuit, the simulation results of the field-circuit coupling analysis method have higher accuracy and credibility, which provides a reference for the further design and optimization of the less-rare-earth hybrid-magnet motor.
