    摘要:

    研究卡瓦悬挂器密封结构失效案例,对卡瓦式套管悬挂器悬挂能力和密封结构的工作特性进行有限元计算,分析卡瓦悬挂器密封结构经常发生失效的主要原因。为了克服卡瓦悬挂器结构存在的缺陷,提高井口悬挂器承载能力和密封性能,设计一种新型芯轴式悬挂器,并进行了压力和承载实验测试。经过试验前后拆卸对比,得到悬挂器和四通的变形在安全范围内;球形密封钢圈受压后产生变形为平面状,密封宽度较大,表明密封性能良好;试压过程中,随着载荷的增加,试验台仪表和百分表的位移量变化较小。因此,试压测试表明该新型悬挂器可以承受140 MPa的高压压力作用,最后在现场得到应用,效果良好。

    Abstract:

    The failure case of sealing structure of slip hanger was studied,then finite element calculation of the hanging capacity and the working characteristics of the seal structure of the slip casing hanger was carried out.The main reasons for the frequent failure of the seal structure of the slip hanger were analyzed.In order to overcome the structural defects of slip hanger and improve the bearing capacity and sealing performance of wellhead hanger,a new type of mandrel hanger was designed and tested.The results show that the deformation of the hanger and the cross is within the safe range;the deformation of the spherical sealing ring is flat after being pressed,and the sealing width is large,which indicates that the sealing performance is good;during the pressure test,with the increase of the load,the displacements of the test-bed instrument and the dial indicator change little.Therefore,the pressure test shows that the new hanger can withstand the high pressure of 140 MPa.Finally it is applied in the field with good effect.
