井下水力增压器的研制与工作性能分析

    摘要:

    为了提高水力喷砂射孔技术的射流压力,加快水力喷砂射孔技术对非常规油气层和深层地层油气的开采速度,结合井下增压技术与水力喷砂射孔技术,研制井下水力增压器。为确保增压器安全有效地工作,防止活塞因受阻而卡死,根据该装置的结构和工作原理建立了活塞腔正反行程的流体域模型,分析增压器在工作过程中的增压特性和增压器自身工作频率与固有频率之间的关系,并开展井下水力增压器地面功能性试验,试验结果证实了该装置的可行性。研究结果表明:在活塞运动单一行程中,活塞运动速度、流体出射速度以及活塞腔流体压力均随时间呈现出先增大后逐渐趋于稳定的规律;增压器工作频率与固有频率不重合,不会引起共振现象。该研究结果为后期井下水力增压器二代设计与优化提供了参考。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the jet pressure of hydraulic sandblasting and perforating technology and accelerate the exploitation speed of hydraulic sandblasting and perforating technology for unconventional oil and gas reservoir and deep formation,a downhole hydraulic supercharger was developed by combining the downhole pressurization technology and hydraulic sandblasting and perforating technology.In order to ensure the safe work of the supercharger and effective to prevent piston stuck phenomenon occurring due to blocked,the piston chamber fluid domain models in forward stroke and reverse stroke were established according to the structure and working principle of the device,the supercharger characteristics of the supercharger in the working process were analyzed,as well as the relationship between the working frequency and inherent frequency. A downhole hydraulic supercharger functional test was conducted on the ground. The experimental results confirm the feasibility of the device. The results show that in a single stroke of piston motion,the piston motion velocity,the fluid outflow velocity and the fluid pressure in the piston cavity all increase first and then gradually stabilize with time;the working frequency of the supercharger does not coincide with the natural frequency,and will not cause resonance phenomenon.The research results provide reference for the design and optimization of the second generation of downhole hydraulic supercharger.
