    摘要:

    传统移门驱动系统多采用电动液压作为驱动力。为使装置更加环保和安全,结合船舶设备相关规范要求,针对客船舱壁和甲板上的开关门需要,开发一种气动驱动系统。该系统采用气压传动作为门体移动的驱动力,可以有效减小设备体积,避免油液泄漏导致的环境污染。其主要功能有自动关闭、遥控释放、门侧释放、远程屏蔽、碰撞保护、火灾保护、蓄能应急开关门、手动应急开关门等。经现场调试验证,所设计的系统可较好地实现上述功能。

    Abstract:

    The traditional sliding door drive system is mostly driven by electro-hydraulic force. In order to make the device more environmentally friendly and safe, combined with the relevant specifications of ship equipment, aiming at the opening and closing needs of passenger cabin wall and deck, a pneumatic drive system was developed. In the system, pneumatic transmission was used as the driving force of door body movement, which could effectively reduce the volume of equipment and avoid environmental pollution caused by oil leakage. Its main functions included automatic closing, remote release, door side release, remote shielding, collision protection, fire protection, energy storage emergency opening and closing, manual emergency opening and closing. After field debugging and verification, the designed system could achieve the above functions well.
