    摘要:

    针对人工测量金属结构件密度时存在的效率低、劳动强度大、测量不确定度难以降低的问题,分析现有人工测量方案,得出影响测量质量的关键因素;结合质量影响关键因素进行总体功能设计,给出自动测量装置总体架构、测量流程和控制原理;对测量结果不确定度进行评估,给出密度测试结果的校正标准以保障测试数据的准确性;通过金属结构件自动测量试验,验证研制装置的有效性。结果表明:相比人工测量方法,自动检测装置测量不确定度降低75%,检测效率提高180%。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the problems of low efficiency, high labor intensity and difficult to reduce the measurement uncertainty in manual measurement of metal structure density,by analyzing the existing manual measurement scheme, the key factors affecting the measurement quality were obtained; combined with the key factors affecting the quality, the overall function design was carried out, and the overall structure, measurement process and control principle of the automatic measurement device were obtained; the uncertainty of the measurement results was evaluated, and the calibration standard of the density test results was obtained to ensure the accuracy of the test data; the effectiveness of the device was verified through metal structure measurement experiments. The results show that compared with the manual measurement method, the measurement uncertainty of the automatic measurement device is reduced by 75%, and the detection efficiency is improved by 180%.
