Abstract:In order to solve the problem of the response lag of the traditional variable frequency flow adjustment method used for long-distance liquid supply, a fast flow adjustment method applied to the valve distribution plunger pump was proposed.That was, the proportional valve was used to short the suction valve of the pump, the flow rate of the pump was adjusted by adjusting the opening degree and time of the device.Taking BRW500/31.5 emulsion pump as the research object, its flow regulation model was built based on the AMESim simulation platform. Starting from the liquid supply system of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face, the simulation model of the hydraulic system of ZY6000/18.5/38 support was established. The influence of different adjustment strategies on the action of hydraulic support was studied. The results show that the proposed method is feasible. When liquid supply of the pump increases from 300 L/min to 400 L/min, the adjustment time is reduced by 0.9 s. At the same time, under the same supply flow conditions, the more the number of short-circuited suction valves, the smaller the flow pulsation and pressure impact.
