Abstract:A solenoid valve parameters were designed by using 1D software, a 3D drawing software was used to generate parameter model, and a 3D fluid software was used to verify and optimization the valve performance. Focus on solenoid stuck problem, CFD method was used to calculate spool steady fluid force on special working point and dynamic fluid force during movement process; force balance relationship between spool axial fluid force, spring force and magnet force was compared, spool radial fluid force was verified, the design defects were checked, key parameters were selected, and the guiding design was optimized. The results show that increase spool groove depth or add slope angle at outlet position, the solenoid spool struck issue can be solvee efficiently.
