    摘要:

    为了提高打磨抛光效率与质量,降低环境污染对人体的伤害,研制一套自动打磨抛光机器人集成控制系统。控制系统以PLC作为主控单元,机器人与打磨抛光末端执行器作为执行单元,与主控单元建立Profinet通信,并基于Qt编程环境设计了上位机人机交互界面和数据库。全面介绍了该套控制系统硬件框架、自动加工控制流程、集成控制系统方案、控制系统通信关键技术、上位机人机交互界面设计及数据库管理设计。经实物验证,该套控制系统打磨效率高,性能可靠且人机友好操作简单。

    Abstract:

    In order to improve the efficiency and quality of grinding and polishing,reduce the harm of environment pollution to human body,an integrated control system for automatic grinding and polishing robot was designed.In the control system,PLC was taken as the main control unit,robot and polishing end effector were taken as an executive uint,communicated with the main control unit base on Profinet,the human-computer interaction interface of the upper computer and database were designed base on QT programming environment.The hardware composition of the control system,processing flow,integrated control system scheme,the key technology of control system communication,database management design were introduced.After verification,the control system has high grinding efficiency,reliable performance and friendly man-machine operation.
