    摘要:

    为确定短电弧铣削加工的热源,选取高斯热源和均匀热源,以Ti-6Al-4V为工件材料,分别建立两种热源下的三维短电弧单凹坑有限元仿真模型。开展单脉冲实验,分析采集的电压、电流波形;观看高速摄像机拍摄的照片;对比超景深拍摄的单个凹坑尺寸、三维形貌、轮廓曲线,得出高斯热源更适合短电弧铣削加工。并在确定热源的基础上截取三维凹坑的二维截面,证明所建立的高斯热源模型是可靠的,能比较准确地模拟短电弧铣削放电凹坑形成过程。

    Abstract:

    In order to determine the heat source of short electric arc machining (SEAM),the Gaussian heat source and even heat source were selected,and the threedimensional short arc single pit finite elements simulation models under two heat sources were established with Ti-6Al-4V as the workpiece material.A single pulse experiment was carried out,the collected voltage and current waveforms were analyzed,the photos taken by the high-speed camera were watched,the single pit size,three-dimensional shape and contour curve taken by ultra-view deep microscope were compared.It is concluded that Gaussian heat source is more suitable for SEAM processing.A 2D section of the 3D pit was taken on the basis of determining the heat source.It is proved that the built Gaussian heat source is reliable.It can be used to accurately simulate the forming of the discharge pit of short electric arc machining.
