    摘要:

    目前,活塞环的检测普遍采用人工检测。采用视觉技术提取活塞环闭口间隙轮廓,对轮廓进行图像处理,得到测量结果,与人工检测相比,检测速度更快,精度更高。传统的边缘检测过程大都采用Canny算子,通过高斯滤波过滤图像。在活塞环轮廓处理过程中,对轮廓提取精度要求更高。高斯滤波作为低通滤波算法,对轮廓没有保护作用,会导致轮廓边缘图像模糊。针对这一问题,提出了改进的Canny算子,采用中值滤波和傅里叶变换相结合的方法,有效地提高了边缘轮廓的提取精度。

    Abstract:

    At present,the detection of piston rings is general manual detection.The vision technology is used to extract the contour of the closed gap of the piston ring and the image contour is processed to get the measurement result.Compared with manual detection,the detection speed is faster and the accuracy is higher.The traditional edge detection process mostly uses the Canny edge detector,Gaussian filtering method is used to filter the image.In the process of piston ring contour processing,higher requirements are put for contour extraction accuracy.As a low-pass filtering algorithm,Gaussian filtering has no protective effect on the contour,which will cause the contour edge image to be blurred.Aiming at this problem,an improved Canny edge detector was proposed,which combined median filtering and Fourier transform to effectively improve the extraction accuracy of edge contour.
