Aiming at the problem that the static and dynamic characteristics of aerospace electro-hydraulic servo system are affected by rapid temperature rise in flight conditions,an online calibration method of control parameters was proposed.The mathematical model of the servo system was established with the flexible nozzle thrust vector servo system as the research object; the frequency characteristics of the key precision component servo valve at different temperatures were studied through simulation analysis; the change of control performance of the servo system under the influence of temperature was studied based on the analysis of the influence of oil temperature change on the servo valve; the online correction of the control network parameters according to different oil temperatures can maintain the dynamic characteristics of the system stable.Simulation results show that the method can be used to reduce the effect of rapid temperature rise on the frequency characteristics of the servo system and increase the system’ s ability to resist temperature disturbance by 56%.
