    摘要:

    液压系统的流量脉动会引起压力脉动,脉动过大会产生管道振动、辐射噪声、发热、元器件寿命缩短等不利影响,抑制流体脉动对液压系统的稳定性有着重要作用。相比于液压系统脉动的被动抑制,主动抑制能更好地在非线性变工况和定工况系统中抑制脉动。介绍液压系统流体脉动机制及危害,将主动抑制策略分为伺服作动筒控制、特制液压管路控制和液压阀控制三大类,分析其工作原理、控制特点及优缺点。总结和分析国内外液压系统脉动主动抑制方法的研究现状,最后对液压系统流体脉动主动抑制技术的发展前景和方向进行展望。

    Abstract:

    The flow pulsation of the hydraulic system can cause pressure pulsation,and the excessive pulsation can produce pipeline vibration,radiation noise,heating,shortening the life of components and other adverse effects.The suppression of fluid pulsation plays an important role in the stability of the hydraulic system.Compared with the passive suppression of hydraulic system pulsation,the active suppression can better suppress pulsation in nonlinear variable and fixed working conditions.The mechanism and harm of fluid pulsation in hydraulic system were introduced,the active suppression strategy was divided into three categories:servo actuator cylinder control,special hydraulic pipeline control and hydraulic valve control,and its working principle,control characteristics,advantages and disadvantages were analyzed.The research status of active pulsation suppression methods for hydraulic systems at home and abroad was summarized and analyzed.Finally,the development prospect and direction of active suppression technology of fluid pulsation in hydraulic system were prospected.
