    摘要:

    研究PDC钻头井底流场分布规律是提高岩屑运移效率、冷却钻头和抑制泥包产生的有效方法。利用Fluent软件,基于 κ-ε 双方程模型和封闭N-S湍流方程,使用Simplec算法,分析钻头转速、钻井液喷出速度和总流过面积相同时喷嘴数量对井底流场分布的影响。结果表明:当钻头转速从90 r/min增加至110 r/min时,转速增加对井底湍动能及速度的提升效果较为显著;但当转速达到120 r/min时,井底湍动能及速度略有降低,提高钻头转速有利于由外向内清洗钻头表面;当钻井液喷出速度从5 m/s增加至9 m/s时,井底湍动能及速度随射流喷射速度的增加而增加,提高钻井液喷出速度可以使漩涡靠近井壁或钻头体,抑制了漩涡面积的增加,有利于岩屑的运移;在喷嘴总流过面积相同时,减小外侧喷嘴直径,外侧喷嘴个数从3个增加至4个,井底湍动能及速度随之增加,有利于井底岩屑的运移,但导致钻头表面中心的低速区域面积增加,不利于钻头表面的清洗。

    Abstract:

    Studying the distribution law of PDC bit bottom hole flow field is an effective method to improve the efficiency of cuttings migration,cool the bit and restrain the formation of mud.Using Fluent software,based on κ-ε bi-equation model and closed N-S turbulence equation,Simplec algorithm was used to analyze the effects of bit speed,drilling fluid ejection speed and the number of nozzles on the bottom hole flow field distribution when the total flow area was the same.The results show that when the bit speed increases from 90 r/min to 110 r/min,the increase of the bit speed has a significant effect on the improvement of bottom hole turbulent kinetic energy and velocity.However,when the rotational speed reaches 120 r/min,the turbulent kinetic energy and velocity of the bottom hole decrease slightly,and increasing the rotational speed of the bit is conducive to cleaning the bit surface from outside to inside.When the ejection velocity of drilling fluid increases from 5 m/s to 9 m/s,the turbulent kinetic energy and velocity of bottom hole increase with the increase of jet ejection velocity.Increasing the ejection velocity of drilling fluid can make the vortex close to the well wall or the bit body,inhibit the increase of the vortex area,and facilitate the migration of cuttings.When the total flow area of the nozzle is the same,the diameter of the outer nozzle is reduced,the number of outer nozzles is increased from 3 to 4,and the turbulent kinetic energy and velocity of the bottom hole are increased,which is conducive to the migration of the bottom hole debris,but leads to the increase of the low-speed area in the center of the bit surface,which is not conducive to the cleaning of the bit surface.
