    摘要:

    以圆柱面过盈配合形成的密封副的可靠性设计主要依据密封比压,未考虑接触面微观结构对密封泄漏失效的影响。为掌握微观结构与圆柱面密封泄漏之间的规律,依据分形理论,引入密封接触面过盈配合产生的接触压力与真实接触面积的关系,建立圆柱曲面微观接触泄漏模型,最后通过数值模拟方法分析了接触模型特征参数及材料力学参数对泄漏量的影响规律。结果表明:密封接触面粗糙度是影响密封效果的主要参数;接触面粗糙度不大于1.6 μm时,可保证接触面密封效果;提高综合弹性模量可扩大过盈量对泄漏量的调控范围;表面硬度对真实接触面积影响显著,当表面硬度不大于300 N/mm2 时,改变硬度对泄漏量影响显著;减小圆柱密封接触面初始最大泄漏孔隙面积,可提高密封件使用寿命。

    Abstract:

    The reliability of the seal structure which consists of two cylindrical sealing surfaces is mainly depends on the seal specific pressure,but the relationship of the microstructure on the contact surface and the seal leakage failure is still unknown.To understand the regularities between microstructure and cylindrical seal leakage,the relationship between the contact pressure generated by sealing contact and the real contact area was introduced,the micro contact leakage model of cylindrical sealing surface was established based on fractal theory.Finally,the effects of characteristic parameters in contact model and material mechanics parameters on leakage were analyzed by numerical simulations.The results show that the roughness of the sealing contact surfaces is the main parameter affecting the sealing effect;the sealing effect of the contact surface can be guaranteed while the roughness of the contact surfaces is not more than 1.6 μm;increasing the comprehensive elastic modulus can expand the regulation range of interference on leakage;when the surface hardness is not more than 300 N/mm2,changing the hardness has a significant effect on the leakage;reducing the initial maximum leakage pore area of the contact surface of the cylindrical seal can improve the service life of the seal.
