    摘要:

    悬垂结构具有底部悬空无支撑的几何特点,被广泛应用于复杂零件的设计中。增材加工方式是实现该类零件加工的有效手段。结合该类零件特点,提出一种适用于悬垂结构零件多轴增材加工非均匀层填充算法。该方法在成型方向变化与可加工厚度范围内,寻找满足阶梯误差最小的各层层厚和角度,而后根据所得到各层两侧层厚与角度,进一步确定填充轮廓上各点坐标,实现非均匀层填充。实验结果表明:与传统均匀层填充算法相比,文中方法能够在无支撑结构的前提下,采用较少填充层数实现增材填充,提升了零件加工效率和精度。

    Abstract:

    Overhang structure with suspended and unsupported bottom is widely used in the design of complex parts.Additive machining is seen as an effective means for machining this kind of part.A nonuniform-layer algorithm suitable for multi-axis additive manufacturing of complex part with overhang structure was proposed.The minimum ladder error of layer thickness and angle were determined according to the range of the changing direction of the multi-axis additive processing and the range of the machinable thickness.After that,point coordinates on the filling contour were obtained according to the layer thicknesses and angles on both sides.The experimental results show that compared with the traditional uniform layering algorithms,fewer filling layers with unsupported structure can be generated by this method,which greatly improves the machining efficiency and accuracy.
