    摘要:

    为研究水基TiC纳米流体在液压管路中流动时的能量损失,采用“两步法”制备满足液压介质流动特性的水基TiC纳米流体。以32号液压油为参考,利用CFD进行液压管道流场仿真分析,对液压管道流动的压降和温差进行实验分析。研究结果表明:液压介质在L形管道和T形管道流动时,随着入口压力的增加,液压介质的压降增大,温差减小;同等入口压力下,水基TiC纳米流体液压介质的压降小于32号液压油,温差大于32号液压油。数值仿真与实验结果基本吻合,因此,水基TiC纳米流体满足液压传动介质的性能要求。

    Abstract:

    To study the energy loss of water-based TiC nanofluids flowing in hydraulic pipelines,a “two-step method” was used to prepare water-based TiC nanofluids that met the flow characteristics of hydraulic media.Using No32 hydraulic oil as a reference,the simulation analysis of the hydraulic pipeline flow field was carried out by using CFD,and the experimental analyses of the pressure drop and temperature difference of the hydraulic pipeline flow were carried out.The research results show that when the hydraulic medium flows in the L-shaped pipeline and the T-shaped pipeline,with the increase of the inlet pressure,the pressure drop of the hydraulic medium increases and the temperature difference decreases;the pressure drop of water-based TiC nanofluids hydraulic medium is smaller than No32 hydraulic oil,and the temperature difference is greater than that of No32 hydraulic oil.The numerical simulation and experimental results are basically consistent.So the water-based TiC nanofluids can meet the performance requirement of hydraulic transmission medium.
