Abstract:The double electric machine is used to drive the numerical control machine tool, the synchronization error often occurs, which causes the working platform to be affected by the unbalanced torque, affect the machining accuracy of the machine tool. The fuzzy inference and neural network combined with the proposed fuzzy neural PID control strategy, realize the realtime adjustment of PID control parameters; at the same time, the realtime position control of servo motor current and screw as measure, simulation analysis and experimental research. The results show that the method can effectively reduce the synchronization error, improve the machining accuracy, and better meet the requirements of the high precision of the controlled object, which has certain practical value.
