    摘要:

    为解决井下刮板输送机链条等金属部件难锯切、而电动锯因安全问题不推荐使用、目前只能采用人工锯切的难题,在传统弓锯床基础上,提出一种完全采用气动系统的气动锯床,实现了锯刀的往复运动和锯刀的进刀、抬刀运动。样机试验表明:该锯床可以最大限度地保护刀具,切割材料类型多,性能稳定,使用维修方便,是一种操作方便、使用范围广、安全可靠的一种新型切割设备。

    Abstract:

    Mine scraper conveyor chain is hard to cut, and electric saw is not recommended to use for safety, so artificial saw is used at present. In order to solve the difficulty, based on traditional bow sawing machine,a new pneumatic sawing machine was put forward in which pneumatic system was adopted as power supply and the reciprocating movement and the feed of the saw were realized. Prototype test shows that the sawing machine can maximize to protect tool, cutting material is wide, performance is stable, operation and maintenance are convenient. It is a new type of cutting equipment which has a wide cutting range, safety and reliability.
