    摘要:

    介绍了五轴龙门木工雕刻机的总体机械结构、电主轴工作原理及安装方法,该五轴木工数控雕刻机采用基于双摆动(A/C)电主轴的大型龙门式定梁定柱结构,具有加工跨距大、加工效率高、刚度高等特点,适应于批量或高精度加工。对龙门横梁等关键部件进行三维建模与CAE静刚度分析。分析结果表明所设计的五轴龙门木工数控雕刻机满足刚度要求。

    Abstract:

    The overall mechanical structure, working principle and installation method about the electric spindle of five-axis gantry wood engraving machine were described. The five-axis wood engraving Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine based on a double swing (A/C) electric spindle was a large gantry type structure with fixed beam and column, having the characteristics of large machining span, high machining efficiency and high stiffness, and so on, which was adapted to batch or precision machining. The three-dimensional modeling of the key components of the gantry beam was built, and analysis of Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) static rigidity was conducted. The analysis results show that the designed five axis gantry wood engraving CNC machine meets the stiffness requirement.
