Abstract:At present the low producing well are used intermissive pumping. To reduce production cost and increase production, a universally applicable self-adaptive control system was designed, which could be used to diagnose and process common fault, to improve the energy efficiency.In the system, area ratio method and the feature point method were used to determine stopping standard and time long, the gotten data were optimized to realize automatic control. Using the dilation operation and erosion operation, fault characteristics indicator card was gotten. Through contrast, fault was analyzed and processed. Finally, the test results show the system is feasible, fault identification accuracy is high, and fault can be treated.
