    摘要:

    目前低产井均采用间抽的抽油方式,为降低生产成本和增加产量,设计一种普遍适用的自控制系统,并对常见的故障进行诊断处理,提高节能效率。系统利用面积率法、特征点法确定停抽标准及时长,对得到的数据进行优化分析实现自控。运用扩张运算和腐蚀运算得到故障特征示功图,通过对比分析故障类型并进行处理。经过测试,该系统可行性好,故障识别准确度高,并可对故障进行处理。

    Abstract:

    At present the low producing well are used intermissive pumping. To reduce production cost and increase production, a universally applicable self-adaptive control system was designed, which could be used to diagnose and process common fault, to improve the energy efficiency.In the system, area ratio method and the feature point method were used to determine stopping standard and time long, the gotten data were optimized to realize automatic control. Using the dilation operation and erosion operation, fault characteristics indicator card was gotten. Through contrast, fault was analyzed and processed. Finally, the test results show the system is feasible, fault identification accuracy is high, and fault can be treated.
