    摘要:

    为完成大尺寸试块应力-应变试验,设计了通过液压方式实现横梁运动与自锁的新型三轴试验机,解决了横梁大尺寸准确定位问题。设计的液压系统可实现横梁的升降与停止,试件的预压与卸载,开口弹性套、过盈弹性套的涨开与锁紧等动作,通过可涨开过盈弹性套和可锁紧开口弹性套在立柱上的交替运动实现横梁的大导程。

    Abstract:

    To complete stress-strain test of large size block, a new-style slick pole self-lock 3-axial machine was designed, beam to move freely or lock itself was realized by hydraulic means, the beam lifting motion and accurate positioning were solved. The designed hydraulic system could be used to realize beam lifting motion and accurate positioning, the preload and unloading, opening elastic sleeve, interference elastic sleeve opening and locking action. Alternate motion of interference elastic sleeve with the upright post connecting to open up and a locking opening elastic sleeve and the lifting cylinder, beam “unlimited” lead was realized.
