Abstract:There is no systemic theory in kinetic reliability analysis for complicated hydraulic system. With a sample of hydraulic driven erecting system with multi-stage cylinder, a new method for kinetic reliability analysis with the visible simulation technique was advanced. Based on a same loading function, the mechanical analysis for the system was done, and the erecting angle function of burden was deduced. On the other hand, the geometric modelling for the system was researched, and the erecting angle and the journey function were given. Then, the visible modeling and simulation of this multi-stage cylinder system were made. At last, the burden and cylinder system were driven by these two functions. The simulation result proves that the kinetic reliability can be validated from the vision measure and mathematics measure by this method.
