Abstract:The generality of measurement and control system of common rapid combined hydraulic test-bed was rather poor, which could not cooperate with its highly opened hardware to realize designed and innovative hydraulic test. By using of the virtual instrument, a flexible measurement and control system transformation for the hydraulic test-bed was realized, which made it fit to any hydraulic test circuit. Aiming at the problem of limitation numbers of time/counter in the data acquisition card during the process, a flexible time/counter method to simplify the data acquisition card equipment was put forward. After the transformation of the measurement and control system, the requirement for data acquisition hardware is low, and it has the advantages of high universality, agility and scalability in characteristics.
