    摘要:

    针对38CrMoAl细长棘爪杆零件长径比大、刚性差、难以加工的特点,对车削加工工艺、装夹方案、刀具、切削用量、冷却液等5个方面进行研究,目的在于减小车削振动和弯曲变形,提高零件表面质量。合理的装夹方式能有效减小细长零件在车削加工中的弯曲变形;运用正交试验法和单因素法选择刀具和切削用量,能显著提高刀具耐用度和38CrMoAl细长零件的表面质量。

    Abstract:

    Aiming at the characteristics of big length to diameter ratio, being lack of rigidity and difficult to cut of 38CrMoAl slender pawl rod, for the purpose of reducing the cutting vibration and bending deformation, improve the surface quality of parts, the study of five aspects: turning process, clamping scheme, cutter, cutting dosage and the cooling liquid was conducted. Bending deformation of the slender parts in turning process could be effectively reduced by the reasonable clamping methods. By using the method of orthogonal experiment and single factor method to select cutting dosage and tools, the durability of the tool and the surface quality of 38CrMoAl slender parts can be significantly improved.
