    摘要:

    提出一种适用于普通外圆磨床精密磨削的在线测控系统设计方案,包括系统硬件结构和系统软件设计。该系统的控制装置以dsPIC30F6014A数字信号控制器为核心,采用HITECH触摸屏,使整个系统具有友好的人机交互界面。其测量装置采用差动变压器式传感器,使用AD698芯片进行信号调节,仅需配置少量外部无源元件,即可完成位移量到DC电压的转换,具有高精度和可靠性。将系统用于普通外圆磨床改造,提高了工件的加工效率与精度,降低了人工的劳动强度,其应用前景广阔。

    Abstract:

    A design scheme of on-line measurement and control system for plain external grinder was put forward, which included design of hardware architecture and software program in system. The controller of system was designed by using digital signal controller (DSC) dsPIC30F6014A as the processing core and the touch screen HITECH applications, which offered a friendly man-machine interactive (MMI) system. The LVDT sensor was used for measuring device of the system and AD698 chip for signal regulating, only with the addition of a few external passive components to complete converting of displacement to direct current (DC) voltage with high degree of accuracy and reliability. The system is used in innovation of the grinder, which improves the efficiency and accuracy of machining workpiece, and lowering cost, and it gets wider application prospect.
